This is to register that the above named person intends to travel to Croke Park on October 19th as part of Kilbrin GAA's Trip to Croker.

Each person should be registered separately so that we know who and how many are going.

This does NOT cover any costs such as train, bus, food etc. it is just so that the Club knows who and how many intend to go.

U18 s to be registered with the U18 name by their parent \ guardian and the parent \ guardian email and mobile number to be provided.
